For the branches in Vlissingen and Goes, we are looking for an enthusiastic working supervisor for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
You won’t be standing on the sidelines watching all day with us. You roll up your sleeves, get to know your team and, together with the other managers, ensure that everything runs smoothly. From mentoring colleagues to jumping in on the shop floor when it gets nicely busy.
Management experience is a bonus, but by no means essential. Do you have the ambition and the right qualities? Then we will gladly help you take that next step.

What will you do?
As a manager, you are one of the points of contact on the work floor. You keep an overview, help colleagues and know when it is time to pitch in yourself.
You will, among other things:
- Managing, guiding and coaching staff
- Onboarding and training new colleagues
- Being actively involved on the shop floor yourself
- Collaborating with the other manager
- Brainstorming on how we can make our work processes even smarter and better
In short: you manage, but you're just as happy to roll up your sleeves yourself.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who dares to take responsibility, is good with people, and enjoys helping a team develop further.
You:
- are available for at least 30 hours per week
- Has leadership ambitions and training
- Am responsible and loyal
- Good at getting along with different people
- Is customer-friendly and keeps a cool head even during busy times
- Has a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Hold a category B driving licence
Do you already have experience as a manager? A bonus. Not yet, but you know it's in you? We'd still love to meet you.
